SRI's Statistical Analysis

SRI's Statistical Analysis Program supports projects in a wide variety of subject areas, including biostatistics, economics, education, chemistry, survey research, engineering, marketing, quality management, environmental analysis and litigation. Statistical analysis services include:
  • Formulating research questions so that they are amenable to statistical analysis
  • Determining the data necessary to address those questions
  • Estimating available precision and power
  • Reliability analyses
  • Selecting and weighting complex samples
  • Randomization of subjects to treatments
  • Database management
  • Statistical analyses and documentation of outcomes
  • Serving as expert witnesses in litigation
SRI also serves as the Data Coordinating Center for two clinical projects: Prospective Assessment after Pediatric Cardiac Ablation (PAPCA) and Centers for Heart Failure Arrhythmia Research and Therapy (CHART). SRI also provides statistical analysis assistance to the National Behavioral Research Coordination Center (NBRCC).
